结构经理 Mechanical Design Manager

Job Requirements 
1，全日制本科以上学历，机械相关专业（机械设计、机械工程、材料、力学等）；
2，5年以上消费电子产品结构设计相关工作经验，有担任过主设和结构SE的经验者优先；
3，精通产品结构设计的可行性和失效分析，精通整机结构设计规范和整机堆叠架构； 
4，需要出色的问题分析解决和逻辑思考能力，个人学习意愿强，对新技术、新工艺能琢磨有悟性； 
5，具有很好的沟通和协同工作能力，拥有跨团队/部门/公司协同合作经验，能吃苦耐劳，责任心强，严谨务实，团队精神强； 
6，熟悉手机相关元器件，对天线，声学，散热，ESD，EMI等有一定的认知深度； 
7，精通Creo、AutoCAD等结构设计工具，能阅读本专业英文技术资料。有良好的英文表达能力 

Responsibilities 
1，主导前端架构堆叠设计工作，以及结构可行性评审和结构详细设计评审； 
2，协调拉通跨团队/部门的资源配合，完成项目的结构开发工作，保障产品品质、成本及外观等综合竞争力； 
3，主导完成必要的技术预研开发及验证，为项目可量产性做准备； 
4，独立承担结构SE的角色，主导项目开发中的重大技术问题解决和攻关。 
5，有团队管理经验、Audio行业经验是加分项

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering, Materials, Mechanics).
2. Over 5 years of experience in structural design of consumer electronic products, with a preference for candidates who have served as a lead designer or structural SE.
3. Proficient in feasibility and failure analysis of product structural design, and expert in overall structural design standards and full device stacking architecture.
4. Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills, with a strong willingness to learn and a keen understanding of new technologies and processes.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in cross-team/department/company coordination. Must be hardworking, responsible, meticulous, practical, and a good team player.
6. Familiarity with mobile phone components, with a solid understanding of antennas, acoustics, thermal management, ESD, and EMI.
7. Proficiency in structural design tools such as Creo and AutoCAD, with the ability to read technical documents in English. Good English communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the front-end architecture stacking design work, as well as structural feasibility reviews and detailed structural design reviews.
2. Coordinate and mobilize cross-team/department resources to complete structural development work for projects, ensuring product quality, cost, and overall competitiveness.
3. Lead necessary pre-research development and validation to prepare projects for mass production.
4. Independently assume the role of structural SE, leading the resolution and tackling of major technical issues during project development.
5. Experience in team management and the audio industry is a plus.
