Basic requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, master's degree preferred
- 8 or more years of experience in audio product design and development, with 5 or more years of team management experience
- Familiarity with the development trends of various audio technologies
- Experience in full-cycle development of multiple products
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with other departments and teams
- English can be used as a working language
Technical requirements
- Familiar with hardware and software development of audio products, including knowledge of audio signal processing, audio encoding and decoding, audio amplification circuits, etc.
- Familiar with PCBA design and production processes, proficient in related design software
- Familiar with system acoustic schemes and test cases for audio products
- Familiar with audio processing algorithms and software, etc.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading the design and development of audio products, formulating product design plans and development plans
- Develop and manage the development process to ensure that the performance and quality of the product meet requirements
- Develop technical roadmaps and research plans based on product strategies
- Coordinate and manage internal team work to improve team capabilities
