我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的AI平台服务端架构师，负责设计和构建支撑Nothing AI功能的核心服务架构。您将成为连接创意概念与技术实现的关键桥梁，为我们的AI功能提供稳固的技术基础。
 
核心职责
1、设计高性能、可扩展的AI服务架构，支持Nothing OS中的AI特性 领导知识库和代理基础设施的开发，确保系统的稳定性和可扩展性 制定技术标准和最佳实践，指导团队开发过程
2、设计和优化AI模型的服务部署架构，平衡性能、成本和用户体验 评估和集成第三方AI服务和技术，确保与Nothing生态系统的无缝对接 解决复杂技术挑战，推动技术创新和架构演进
 
要求与资格：
1、8+年后端开发经验，5+年架构设计经验，尤其是在大规模分布式系统方面
2、精通Python、Go或Java等服务端语言，有大规模生产系统开发经验 丰富的AI服务集成经验，熟悉主流LLM服务(如OpenAI、Claude等)和相关框架 熟悉向量数据库和嵌入技术，有构建检索增强生成(RAG)系统的经验
3、深入了解高性能微服务架构、API设计和服务间通信模式
4、熟悉云原生技术，包括容器化、Kubernetes和CI/CD自动化部署 优秀的系统性能优化能力，能够处理高并发、低延迟的服务需求
5、出色的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够有效翻译业务需求为技术解决方案
