岗位职责：

1.负责手机产品立项到产品上市的整个产品生命周期中的项目过程管理；

2.负责制定项目实施计划，协调资源并按计划推进项目实施，主动沟通预警重要偏差，识别并管理项目风险，对产品需求、进度、成本、质量、交付等目标的达成负责；

3.负责归档项目过程交付物、项目经验总结及及培养项目成员能力；

4.负责项目周期性汇报工作，参与优化和制定项目管理流程；

5.协调内部多部门及外部合作伙伴的日常沟通，快速响应各种需求。

 

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，电子、计算机相关专业，5年以上手机产品项目管理经验，熟悉产品开发全生命周期的过程管理；

2.具备良好的沟通和组织协调能力、风险评估能力、问题解决推动能力；

3.较好的逻辑思维能力及快速学习能力，能快速了解新品类项目管理方法；

4.对智能硬件产品充满热情，敢于创新，善于合作，能够承受压力并达成目标；

5.能用英文进行沟通交流者优先，通过PMP认证者优先。
