岗位职责：
1. 负责音频类相关产品的策划及迭代工作，包含：耳机、音箱等产品；
2. 负责产品定义及迭代规划设计，撰写产品需求文档，与设计、研发、供应链、测试、运营紧密配合，完成产品上市及效果跟踪；
3. 定期进行消费者需求挖掘和行业竞品分析；
4. 及时收集用户及相关业务方的反馈，跟踪优化处理。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，4年以上音频类产品（耳机或音箱）相关行业从业经验，对行业发展趋势敏感，熟悉行业状况及发展方向；
2. 对智能硬件产品充满热情，敏锐的产品洞察能力，能够深度解析产品，分析产品背后的设计理念；
3. 具备数据敏感性和数据分析能力，良好的逻辑分析能力，能从用户行为数据中归纳和发现产品改进方向；
4. 具备优秀的产品设计方法及文档撰写能力，具备很强的独立项目实操能力，优秀的项目管理能力，跨团队项目推进能力；
5. 英语听说读写能力优秀者优先。
