The Role:
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Influencer Lead who will spearhead our influencer marketing initiatives and establish strong relationships with key content creators, celebrities, and tech enthusiasts. In this role, you will play a critical part in amplifying our brand presence, driving engagement, and creating impactful campaigns to enhance Nothing’s visibility in the smartphone industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors in the tech and lifestyle space.
- Collaborate with influencers to create engaging, authentic, and high-performing content across various digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
Partnership & Community Building:
- Establish long-term relationships with influencers, bloggers, and content creators to build a loyal brand advocate community.
- Develop exclusive influencer programs, events, and collaborations to strengthen brand affinity.
- Coordinate with PR and marketing teams to leverage influencer partnerships for product launches and major brand campaigns.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Oversee end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Track campaign performance using key metrics (engagement rates, conversions, impressions, etc.) and provide insights for continuous optimization.
- Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables to maximize ROI on influencer collaborations.
Trend Spotting & Innovation:
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging influencer marketing tools, and platform algorithm changes.
- Identify rising content creators and emerging trends in the smartphone and consumer tech space.
- Experiment with new content formats and influencer-led activations to drive brand relevance.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the social media, product, and creative teams to ensure influencer partnerships align with the brand’s vision and goals.
- Support product seeding programs, unboxing campaigns, and early access initiatives to drive buzz around new launches.
- Collaborate with regional teams to execute global influencer strategies tailored to local markets.
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships, preferably within the smartphone or consumer electronics industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer campaigns with measurable impact.
- Strong network and relationships with influencers, content creators, and media personalities in the tech and lifestyle sectors.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and influencer engagement strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make strategic recommendations.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and the evolving digital landscape.
