About the Role
We are building our retail footprint in Thailand and looking for a Head of Retail to lead the charge. This role will own our full retail operation in the country, from setting strategy and building the team to driving execution and delivering growth. You will be responsible for both all retail channels, including working closely with distributors, operators, retail partners, and our own branded retail presence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and own the Thailand retail strategy across all physical retail formats
- Build and lead the retail organization in Thailand (hiring, training, and developing the team)
- Manage day-to-day retail operations a
- Own key retail partnerships and negotiate commercial agreements
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and global teams to deliver consistent retail execution
- Lead retail P&L performance, including revenue, profitability, and key operational KPIs
- Drive retail expansion plans aligned with Nothing’s overall market growth strategy
- Oversee in-store experience, visual merchandising, and staff training standards to ensure consistent brand experience
- Use data and insights to continuously optimize retail performance and consumer experience
Qualifications
- Three years of retail team management experience or extensive retail work experience, ideally in consumer electronics, smartphone, or premium lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of Thailand’s retail landscape and consumer behavior
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing retail teams
- Experience managing both direct retail operations and partner channels
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
- Strong operational management capability with full P&L responsibility
- Highly collaborative with experience working in cross-functional and global environments
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Fluent in Thai and English
