Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Content Manager to lead our digital presence and content strategy. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media trends, storytelling, and building engaged communities within LATAM’s dynamic tech landscape.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for the Latin American market, focusing on increasing brand visibility and user engagement across platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, video) for social media and other digital platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and product messaging.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to inform content planning and campaign adjustments.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering conversations that build brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to support product launches, campaigns, and cross-channel initiatives.
  • Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.

 

About You

  • Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) and strong English communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and X — both as a user and as a marketer.
  • Deep understanding of Latin American social media platforms, digital trends, and cultural nuances.
  • Experience with mobile editing apps and basic design tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere).
  • Hands-on experience with short-form content creation, particularly vertical video formats.
  • Creative thinker with strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and community management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and refine strategies for better outcomes.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and paid social campaigns
  • Based in Mexico City, and available for occasional in-person events or content shoots.
