Our Growth department is all about launching our innovative tech brand into exciting new places, starting with the fast-paced, dynamic South-East Asia market and an initial focus on Thailand. That means you’ll be one of the very first strategic Talent Partners on the ground, building the core commercial teams and setting up the essential people operations infrastructure that’ll make us a success. It’s a huge opportunity to own the end-to-end launch, get significant autonomy, and develop genuine, high-impact, international expertise that’s tough to find anywhere else. 

What you'll do

  • Be a strategic partner to our international hiring managers, shaping their talent roadmap, advising on compensation, and using market data to secure top commercial talent across new growth markets.

  • Own the entire recruitment lifecycle for high-priority Growth roles (like Marketing, Retail, and Business Development), ensuring every process is compliant, data-driven, and lightning-fast to meet our launch targets.

  • Proactively source and engage high-calibre, niche passive candidates across the region using advanced tools and professional networking—so we’re not just waiting for applications.

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that genuinely reflects our unique culture and employer brand, giving a positive, effortless journey to everyone who applies.

  • Manage local people ops requirements, liaising with the Shenzhen-based People Ops team on local labour law compliance, visa processes, new-hire administration, and ensuring a streamlined first-day experience through robust onboarding.

What you can bring to the team

  • A proven track record of managing the full, end-to-end recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced, in-house environment.

  • 5–7 years of commercial recruitment experience (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) across global or regional markets, ideally in a consumer electronics or high-growth tech business.

  • Excellent remote stakeholder management skills; you know how to set priorities, manage expectations, and influence senior leaders across different time zones.

  • A compliance-first mindset with proven expertise in navigating the complexities of international hiring, including local labour laws and cultural nuances.

  • Highly independent and proactive—you see a challenge, you own it, and you get on with it without needing constant direction.

  • You're a true generalist when needed, happy to jump in on everything from candidate screening to coordinating contracts. You see what needs doing to set up the new entity and you get it done. No job is too small if it moves us forward.
