Nothing's debut smartphone, Phone (1), earned Time Magazine’s prestigious Best Inventions for Innovative Smartphone Design award. Through cutting-edge design and user interface innovation, the London-based company is creating an alternative ecosystem of tech products for the young and creative.
In 2023, the company launched Phone (2) to wide acclaim from its community, the media, and design enthusiasts, and in 2024, Nothing launched its CMF Phone 1, and Nothing Phone (2a) Series, with both receiving an overwhelmingly positive reception.
To date, Nothing has sold more than 7 million units worldwide across its product lines, having released five audio products, five smartphones, and two smart wearables under the Nothing and CMF by Nothing brands. The company has amassed a cumulative revenue of $1 billion.
All products are developed in close collaboration with the Nothing Community, which includes over 8,000 private investors and are crafted with sustainability at the forefront.

Are you ready to shape the future of tech culture in Thailand? As the Thailand Marketing Lead for Nothing, you won’t just execute campaigns—you’ll be pioneering how we resonate with a new generation. You’ll be leading the growing Thailand marketing team and bringing our disruptive vision to life.
Your mission? To make Nothing a brand that’s talked about, shared, and celebrated. This role isn’t about playing it safe; it’s about taking bold risks that capture attention. You’ll craft social-first strategies, build influential partnerships, and amplify our story through earned media, all while staying true to our mission of making tech fun again.
You’ll be working closely with global teams, using Thailand as a testing ground for new ideas. If you thrive in a fast-paced, underdog environment and are excited by the challenge of building something iconic from the ground up, then this is your opportunity to be part of the future.
Responsibilities:
You will ensure the Nothing brand is consistent across Thailand laddering up to our global marketing strategy. You will deliver impactful campaigns that increase awareness, build community, and position our brand in pop culture. You will also play a pivotal role in managing regional publicity, social media and event marketing,
- Co-own business goals and work closely with leadership to achieve company objectives.
- Be the owner of the country's marketing budget & be responsible for the marketing performance portion of Thailand’s success.
- Own Thailand's marketing initiatives (Influencer Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Offline Activations), to drive brand awareness, sales across our product portfolio and integrate the brand into pop culture.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Align regional initiatives with global objectives by ensuring cohesive branding, efficient asset creation, and partner satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Must Haves:
- Extensive marketing experience (8-10 years) and previously been in a leadership role (3 years in a leadership role).
- Good knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior, particularly younger generations.
- Demonstrated ownership capabilities and entrepreneurial mentality and a builder’s mindset with a passion for challenging the status quo and creating something iconic.
- Proven success in executing marketing budgets effectively and achieving desired outcomes.
- Proven track record in organic social, earned media, and influencer partnership initiatives on a limited budget.
- Regional Marketing Experience in Thailand, skilled at localizing global strategies while maintaining brand consistency.
- Native Thai speaker with excellent proficiency in English.
