Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, GTM
About Nothing
Nothing exists to make tech feel exciting again.
Founded in London in 2020, we’ve grown from idea to global challenger in just a few years. Backed by GV (Google Ventures), EQT Ventures, and C Ventures, and investors like Tony Fadell (iPod), Casey Neistat, and Kevin Lin (Twitch), we’re now sold in 40+ markets with millions of users worldwide.
Why you should join us
Our Growth department is all about launching Nothing's brand into exciting new places around the world. We're looking for a senior talent acquisition lead to help scale our hiring across various regions in APAC, Europe, and in the future North America. This is a foundational role where you'll lead and international team while still being a hands-on, full-cycle recruiter for our most senior and complex commercial roles globally. The challenge? Making global hiring feel effortlessly simple despite the genuine operational complexity and cultural nuances. This is a massive opportunity to own the global GTM talent strategy, solve genuinely difficult scaling problems, and prove you can source and close the best talent while building a best-in-class function. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front, this is the place to be.
What you'll do
- You'll carry the most senior and strategic GTM requisitions globally, owning the full-cycle recruitment process from sophisticated sourcing right through to candidate closing and negotiation.
- Be the strategic partner to our executive team, driving the global talent roadmap for all commercial expansion. You'll translate complex business strategy into clear, executable international hiring plans while mentoring and leading the international recruitment team.
- Use your operational strength to solve the complexity of global hiring. You’ll design, implement, and constantly refine recruitment and people processes that work seamlessly across different jurisdictions, ensuring they are compliant, data-driven, and highly efficient.
- Act as the trusted expert to senior and executive leaders. You'll advise them on compensation, market availability, and effective GTM hiring practices, making sure we secure top talent quickly and strategically in competitive global markets.
- Proactively identify and resolve the complex, high-impact problems that arise when scaling globally—from navigating varying labour laws to designing a fair candidate experience across distinct cultural contexts. You’re the one who steps in, figures it out, and makes the complicated simple.
What you can bring to the team
- You're an exceptional, hands-on full-cycle recruiter with 7+ years of experience in commercial (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) recruitment. You’re comfortable handling everything from sourcing to closing senior hires in an in-house tech or consumer electronics business.
- You have at least 2 years experience leading a team in an international, multi-region context. You lead by example and are ready to carry a heavy load of requisitions yourself while also coaching others.
- You’re a strong operator and proven problem solver who can dissect complex global challenges, build scalable processes from scratch, and drive a high-performing function with initiative and ownership.
- Your English communication is excellent—both spoken and written—which is absolutely key for closing global talent, leading an international team, and managing executive-level stakeholders.
- You have a compliance-first mindset and expertise in international hiring nuances. You also have a brilliant track record of influencing and partnering with senior and executive leaders across different time zones.
Why Nothing
You’ll join a company that still operates like a startup – fast, flat, and creative – but with the scale and ambition of a global challenger. You’ll have freedom to shape the US narrative, visibility at the highest level, and the opportunity to help write the next chapter of one of tech’s most exciting brands.
