About the Role 

Key Responsibilities 

Content Creation & Storytelling 

• Create high-quality content for website, blog, newsletters, campaigns, and sales enablement 

• Develop thought leadership content, whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and customer stories 

• Translate technical and sustainability topics into clear, customer-focused messaging 

• Maintain and evolve nLighten’s tone of voice and messaging consistency 

Video, Podcast & Webinar Content 

• Conceptualize, script, and produce video content, such as explainers, interviews, event videos and short social clips

• Support creation and production of podcasts, from topic development, scripts, guest preparation to distribution

• Plan and support webinars, covering topics, formats, speaker preparation, messaging, agendas, narratives, and all pre‑ and post‑event content 

• Repurpose video, podcast, and webinar content across written and social channels 

C-Level Communication & Speaking Support 

• Support C‑level executives with content for conference keynotes, panel discussions, webinars, podcasts, interviews, and public appearances

• Create briefing documents, key messages, slide narratives, and follow-up content 

• Ensure consistent executive messaging aligned with company positioning 

Social Media & Field Marketing Support 

• Own and manage nLighten’s corporate social media profiles, especially LinkedIn 

• Plan, create, schedule, and analyze social media content aligned with campaigns and company priorities 

• Support field marketeers with templates, content suggestions, messaging, and event/campaign amplification

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across central and local channels 

Agency & Stakeholder Management 

• Act as the main point of contact for external communication and PR agencies 

• Brief agencies, review deliverables, and ensure quality, consistency, and timely execution 
  
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, sustainability, and technical teams across Europe
   

What We’re Looking For 

• 3–6+ years of experience as a Content Creator, Content Manager, or Content Marketer (B2B preferred) 

• Excellent storytelling and writing skills in English; other European languages are considered a plus

• Experience with video, podcast, and webinar content (hands-on or editorial lead) 

• Comfortable supporting senior and C-level stakeholders 

• Strong understanding of B2B social media, especially LinkedIn 

• Experience working with field or local marketing teams across regions 

• Structured, proactive, and confident managing multiple stakeholders and agencies 

• Familiarity with CMS, SEO basics, analytics, and social media tools
