Procurement Associate – Trading Infrastructure & Operations

Role Overview 
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage procurement and vendor coordination activities related to Network, Internet Leased Line, Data Centre and Colo Infrastructure services. The role involves handling renewals, maintaining live inventory records, coordinating with vendors and internal IT teams, and ensuring timely service continuity for all network-related infrastructure. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for: 
  • ILL (Internet Leased Line) 
  • MPLS / Network Connectivity 
  • Colo / Data Centre Services 
    Server and Network Infrastructure Renewals 
• Track and manage AMC, subscription, and contract renewal timelines to avoid service disruption. 
• Maintain and update live inventory of below in consultation with IT Team: 
  • Network Devices 
  • Circuits and Bandwidth details 
  • ISP Connectivity 
  • Data Centre and Colo assets 
  • IT Infrastructure Assets 
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, comparative analysis, and purchase processing. 
• Work closely with IT, Network, Finance, and Admin teams for approvals and implementation. 
• Ensure proper documentation of agreements, POs, invoices, renewal records, and IT Asset register. 
• Monitor vendor performance and support SLA adherence. 
• Prepare MIS reports related to procurement status, inventory, renewals, and cost optimization. 
• Support audit and compliance requirements related to IT Procurement and Asset Management.

Required Skills 

• Good understanding of network infrastructure and telecom terminology. 
• Experience in procurement / vendor management for IT or network services. 
• Knowledge of Leased Line, MPLS, Colo, Firewall, Switches, Routers, and Server infrastructure. 
• Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills. 
• Good negotiation and coordination abilities. 
• Ability to manage multiple renewals and timelines simultaneously. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Graduate in any discipline; technical background preferred. 
• Experience in BFSI / Financial Services / IT Infrastructure environment will be an added advantage.
