  • Drive full-cycle hiring for senior and specialized roles in trading, quant research, engineering, and operations.
  • Design and execute elite campus hiring programs for SDEs, quants, and traders.
  • Build and mentor a high-performance recruitment team, including sourcers, coordinators, and recruitment partners.
  • Optimize hiring funnels, reduce time-to-hire, and implement data-driven improvements across recruitment KPIs.
  • Position the firm as a destination of choice through digital campaigns, university outreach, and strategic partnerships.
  • Leverage best-in-class ATS, sourcing platforms, and AI-driven tools for screening, outreach, and analytics.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices while maintaining a strong bar for technical and cultural fit.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, hiring trends, and competitive talent intelligence.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success hiring in fast-paced, high-stakes environments like HFT, hedge funds, fintech, top-tier tech firms, or product startups.
  • Strong network and familiarity with top-tier engineering, quantitative, and trading talent pools.
  • Hands-on experience with campus engagement and structured internship/analyst programs.
  • Deep understanding of technical hiring, particularly in C++, Python, system design, and quantitative modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Preferably from an engineering, quantitative, or HR background from a Tier-1 institute.
  • Experience in targeting exceptional candidates early on in their student life
