USA - Atlanta, GA; USA - Sandy, UT

At NiCE, we don’t limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.

Product Manager – Public Safety & Justice

The Role

We’re looking for a technology-focused Product Manager to bring new enterprise software products to market within NiCE Public Safety & Justice.

You’ll work with customers, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify customer needs, shape product requirements, and lead products from discovery through development, launch, and ongoing improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Own product launches: Take new software products from concept and MVP through external launch and beyond.
  • Understand customers: Lead discovery to identify customer problems, needs, and market opportunities.
  • Define product direction: Translate customer insights into requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work with engineering, design, sales, and product leadership to deliver successful products.
  • Support go-to-market: Partner with sales and other teams on product positioning, demos, and launch readiness.
  • Improve products: Use customer feedback and market insights to guide future development.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B software, enterprise technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience taking a new software product or major product offering from discovery through launch to external customers.
  • Experience owning products after launch and driving improvements.
  • Strong customer discovery, prioritization, and product requirements skills.
  • Technical fluency and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites, partners, and industry events as needed.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Public Safety & Justice, 911/emergency communications, CAD/RMS, law enforcement, or digital evidence.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments or enterprise technology integrations.
  • Experience with technology partnerships or AI-enabled products.

Public Safety & Justice experience is a plus, not a requirement. We’re open to candidates from other enterprise technology backgrounds who have the right product ownership and launch experience.

How We Work

You’ll join a collaborative team that values customer-focused thinking, clear communication, and moving quickly from ideas to execution.

Atlanta-based team members work in the office two days per week. Candidates elsewhere in the US may work remotely and travel to Atlanta regularly.
