Senior Partner Programs Manager

USA - Hoboken, NJ; USA - Sandy, UT

At NiCE, we don’t limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.

Partner Program Manager

So, what’s the role all about?
As a Partner Program Manager, you’ll turn partner and Go-To-Market priorities into local programs that change how our partners engage, sell, and grow with NiCE.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you’ll identify opportunities within different partner segments and translate them into tangible program initiatives. That could mean creating a new incentive to accelerate Partner activity, developing a differentiated value proposition for GSIs, evolving partner benefits to support a strategic solution, or piloting a new program approach in response to a changing market opportunity.
You’ll take initiatives from idea through to execution, working across Partner Sales/Alliances, Marketing, Enablement, Operations, Finance and other teams to shape the proposition, develop the business case, launch the program and measure its impact.

How will you make an impact?
  • Act as the local lead for the Global Partner Program, supporting its execution, adoption and effectiveness across the region.
  • Translate global program strategy into local action, ensuring program frameworks, benefits and initiatives work for regional partners and GTM priorities.
  • Be the regional point of expertise for Partner Programs, supporting partner-facing teams with program positioning, application and feedback.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in the partner program, using partner, field and market insight to recommend improvements to the global model.
  • Design and deliver targeted local program initiatives that influence partner behavior and support strategic GTM priorities.
  • Develop partner-segment propositions and benefits, for example strengthening the GSI value proposition or creating differentiated offers for Referral Partners.
  • Create and launch commercial incentives, such as SPIFFs, promotions or benefits designed to stimulate pipeline, solution adoption or other priority behaviors.
  • Take initiatives from idea through execution, building the proposition and business case, aligning stakeholders, launching and driving adoption.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Enablement to operationalize program changes and ensure they can be effectively executed by the field and partners.
  • Measure and optimize program initiatives, using adoption and commercial outcomes to refine, scale or retire activities.
Have you got what it takes?
  • 5+ years of experience in partner programs, channel strategy, alliances, partner GTM, commercial program management or a related role within B2B technology.
  • Experience translating a commercial or GTM opportunity into a practical program, proposition, incentive or partner initiative.
  • Strong project and program management capability, with the ability to personally drive multiple cross-functional workstreams.
  • Experience working across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Enablement to deliver shared commercial outcomes.
  • Comfort working with program data, maintaining reports, and using insights to recommend practical improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex requirements into clear instructions and resources.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.
You will have an advantage if you also have:
  • Experience developing programs for different partner models, including Referral Partners, GSIs, Resellers, Services Partners or Technology Partners.
  • Experience designing or launching partner incentives, SPIFFs, rebates or other commercial programs.
  • Experience developing partner value propositions, program benefits or segmentation strategies.
  • Experience supporting programs that influence partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience using CRM/PRM data and partner insights to identify opportunities and measure program impact.
