Role Summary

We are looking for a Product Owner & Technical Project Manager (Sensors) to lead the development and delivery of sensor-related products and initiatives. In this hybrid role, you will combine product ownership, technical coordination, and project execution to turn customer and business needs into clear priorities, actionable requirements, and successful product outcomes. You will work across engineering, product, sales, operations, and external partners to ensure solutions are delivered with strong alignment, quality, and measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for sensor-related products and features based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, specifications, and priorities for development teams and key stakeholders.
• Plan and drive sensor-related projects from concept to launch, managing timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery scope.
• Act as the interface between business and technical teams, ensuring strong communication and alignment across internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Support agile delivery processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, and progress tracking.
• Monitor product and project performance using relevant KPIs, customer feedback, and operational data to drive continuous improvement.

• Contribute to roadmap planning, release readiness, and the successful handover of solutions into operations or customer-facing use.

Profile

• Several years of experience in product ownership, technical project management, or a comparable cross-functional role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel.
• Solid technical understanding of sensors, IoT, or hardware/software integration environments.
• Hands-on experience with agile ways of working, backlog management, and cross-functional delivery processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate between business needs and technical implementation.
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with internal and external stakeholders.
