Marketing Manager
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities for our subsidiary company: Infrahub Compute.
This role requires a full-stack marketer with strong experience in financial product marketing and investor acquisition, capable of managing campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and creative to tracking and reporting. You’ll work directly with the Managing Director and Director of Marketing, owning the go-to-market execution, campaign performance, and budget management for our investor acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead and execute the full go-to-market strategy for Infrahub Compute’s investment offering.
-
Design, build, and manage high-performing lead generation campaigns targeting investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).
-
Work closely with external lead generation and creative agencies, from campaign concept to funnel build and optimisation.
-
Develop, manage, and forecast marketing budgets, ensuring optimal spend allocation and ROI tracking.
-
Produce detailed marketing reports and performance dashboards with actionable insights.
-
Collaborate with the sales and investor relations team to align on lead quality, feedback, and ongoing optimisation.
-
Plan and deliver exclusive investor events and networking activations in key locations.
-
Think creatively and strategically — testing new audience approaches, creative formats, and lead channels.
-
Oversee website and content updates, ensuring messaging resonates with a sophisticated investor audience.
-
Manage and track ROI across all channels, providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
Experience & Requirements
-
4+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in financial product marketing, investor relations, fintech, or alternative investments.
-
Proven experience managing large marketing budgets and producing forecast and budget tracking documents.
-
Demonstrated ability to build and execute digital campaigns — including paid media, landing pages, and email funnels.
-
Experience with Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms, as well as email marketing and automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
-
Strong grasp of ROI analysis, attribution, and conversion tracking.
-
Comfortable managing agencies, events, and third-party partners.
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to report clearly to directors and stakeholders.
-
Native English
-
Proactive, creative, and data-driven — someone who takes initiative, innovates, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
What We Offer
-
Competitive salary
-
Direct impact — your work will drive investment growth in one of Europe’s most exciting tech ventures.
-
Full ownership and autonomy over marketing strategy, budget, and performance.
-
Collaborative, ambitious environment in Marbella, Spain, with opportunities for international travel.
-
The chance to shape the brand of a pioneering company at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and investment.
