Clinical Account Manager

Tel-Aviv Yafo (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Clinical Account Manager to be the lead contact person for relationships with our clinical partners using our platform.

You’ll be in charge of direct communication with our partners, onboarding new trials, clinical training, and long-term partnership management.

Location: Hybrid (central Tel Aviv, near Sarona Market)

Reports to: VP Clinical Partnerships

What you’ll do

  • Own the full lifecycle of clinical accounts - from onboarding and training to ongoing support and engagement.
  • Coordinate logistics and internal timelines to ensure delivery of training, materials, and technical implementation.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clinical stakeholders including PIs, site coordinators, and healthcare teams.
  • Serve as the key liaison between our clinical partners and internal teams (Product, R&D, Sales).
  • Interpret and communicate clinical data and performance insights, turning complex findings into clear action.
  • Travel occasionally to clinical sites as needed (approximately 6 times per year).

What we are looking for

Requirements

  • PhD in life sciences, neuroscience, healthcare, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in medtech or clinical management - supporting or managing clinical trials, implementations, or partner accounts.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills - able to interface with both clinical and technical audiences.
  • Highly organized, independent, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Advantages

  • Prior experience as a Clinical Manager, Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Clinical Project Manager, or equivalent roles.
  • Experience working in a startup or scaling health-tech environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, data platforms, or digital health systems.
  • Data literacy - able to interpret and explain clinical findings or KPIs.
