Product Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager to drive execution across our product development.

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping projects on track — on time, on budget, and at quality. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and others to turn great ideas into real impact for patients.

Location: Hybrid (central Tel Aviv, near Sarona Market)

Reports to: Head of Product

What you’ll do:

• Own end-to-end project execution across Product, Engineering, Research, Clinical, and external partners.
• Track key metrics and lead continuous improvements in how we operate.
• Monitor product performance through internal analytics.
• Manage vendor and partner operations — from contracts to timelines, and payments.

What we’re looking for:

Requirements

• 2–4 years in product ops, project management, or similar execution-focused roles in tech (including military experience).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Excellent communicator — clear in both written and spoken English.

Advantages

• 1–2 years of experience in data analytics or working with data-driven tools.
• Experience in startups or fast-paced, scaling environments.
• Background in med-tech, health-tech, or clinical operations.
