Junior Business Development Analyst

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Analyst to join us in transforming the lives of millions affected by neurological diseases.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in keeping our commercial operations running smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with our commercial team, you’ll help build meaningful relationships, streamline processes, and support strategic initiatives that advance NeuraLight’s mission.

Job Location: Hybrid role based in central Tel Aviv, near Sarona Market on Menachem Begin Road.

Reports to: VP Clinical Partnerships

About the Role 

• Outbound Communication: Manage outreach following playbooks and campaign plans.
• CRM Management: Ensuring meeting notes, follow-ups, and relevant tags are consistently updated and well-organized.
• Commercial Team Support: Support meeting preparation and follow-ups, coordinate internal and external logistics, track partner engagement, and assist with conference planning and execution.
• Market & Account Research: Dive into company profiles, stakeholder roles, and funding landscapes to support commercial intelligence.

About you 

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, data analysis, sales support, or operations
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong research and analytical skills
• Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, Notion, and Google Workspace
• A team player who collaborates well across functions Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems independently
• Excellent written and verbal communicator in English and Hebrew
• Naturally curious — you love understanding how things work and continuously seek smarter, more effective ways to operate 
• Able to manage time effectively and maintain quality under pressure
• Aligned with NeuraLight's core values (see below)
• Bonus: Experience creating visual materials (e.g., slide decks, one-pagers, or social media assets)
