Overview
You will be supporting the Regional Managing Director of APAC directly in driving the expansion and growth of our company. You will help develop customized solutions for enterprise clients and Financial Institutions, seeking to leverage blockchain, AI in their respective businesses. You may also be called upon to play a role in developing our new robotics business. This is initially a 12-month contract position with strong potential for conversion to a full-time permanent role if performance meets or exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Your main role is to support the APAC Regional Managing Director in understanding customer requirements and developing customized solutions for them. To be successful at this, you will need to have a curious mind and a firm understanding of innovation and technology implementation, and may have participated in digital transformation projects as a consultant in a prior role.
- Assist in preparing for and participating in client meetings, gathering relevant information, and helping to articulate Nethermind's value proposition to potential enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to help develop tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of institutional clients.
- Support the Managing Director in maintaining client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to effectively contribute to positioning Nethermind's products and services in the enterprise space.
- Help document client requirements and prepare detailed proposals and presentations that effectively communicate Nethermind's solutions to address client challenges.
- Attend industry events in the APAC region alongside the Managing Director to enhance brand visibility and help establish strong relationships within the enterprise and institutional community.
- Assist in coordinating with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain a high standard of ethics in all business activities.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, technology or other related field.
- At least 3-5 years experience in a technology consulting and/or supporting technology sales role, with experience in enterprise and institutional environments, preferably within the blockchain and digital assets industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise requirements and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Demonstrated experience in helping craft compelling and winning proposals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets and cryptocurrencies is highly desirable, a strong interest in this area is a must.
- Strong interest in AI and applied AI is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events within APAC.
- Based in the APAC region, preferably Singapore, Hong Kong or Japan.

Selection Process:
Qualified candidates will be required to complete a take-home assignment as part of the interview process. This assignment is designed to evaluate your analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and how you approach client solution development.
