At Nethermind, we're looking for a motivated People and Culture Intern who is eager to learn and grow. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience and contribute to shaping our culture.

What You'll Do
- Assist with conducting background checks, generating contracts, and facilitating the seamless onboarding of new employees.
- Support gathering feedback on the onboarding and offboarding experiences to enhance processes and improve employee satisfaction.
- Help manage documentation, including certificates, references, and other people data-related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with the maintenance and daily operations of our HRIS platform (Rippling).
- Assist in compiling and analyzing people-related data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to HR processes and procedures, supporting consistency and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have coursework or experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; while a degree is not required, it is beneficial.
- Have any internship or volunteer experience in HR functions like onboarding, performance management, or employee relations is a plus.
- Have a basic understanding of employment laws and regulations or are eager to learn and apply them on the job.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to collaborate and learn, are essential.
- Are eager to analyze data and develop an analytical approach to problem-solving is encouraged.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail are important for managing tasks effectively.
- Can handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Are motivated to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources, staying curious and up-to-date with trends and practices.
