Contract Recruiter
About Netcraft
Netcraft is the global leader in cybercrime detection and disruption. We’re a trusted partner for three of the four largest companies in the world and many large governments. We've blocked almost 200 million cyber-attacks to date, and we take down around 33% of the world's phishing attacks.
Our purpose and passion are focused on just one thing: protecting the world from cybercrime.
That passion shapes how we work, too. We’re proud of our talented team and the value each person brings, and we’ve built a workplace where people feel supported and inspired. From strong benefits and wellness programs to meaningful collaboration and team connection.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a versatile, curious, and driven Recruiter to join our People & Talent team in Lehi. This is not a one-dimensional role — you will own full-cycle recruiting across roles in corporate, sales, and technical functions, partnering closely with hiring managers at every level to bring exceptional talent into a company making the internet safer for billions of people. You'll be the face of Netcraft to candidates, a trusted advisor to leaders, and a builder of scalable hiring practices in a high-growth environment. This role starts as a contract with the possibility of extension depending on team needs and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process — from job scoping and sourcing through offer negotiation and close — across corporate, go-to-market, and technical disciplines.
- Build and maintain robust pipelines for roles including sales executives, solutions engineers, threat analysts, product managers, and corporate support functions.
- Conduct structured interviews and competency-based screens to assess both technical aptitude and cultural alignment.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, representing Netcraft's mission and culture with authenticity.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop clear job profiles, calibrate expectations, and create compelling position narratives.
- Proactively source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking, industry events, and Utah tech community engagement.
- Maintain accurate and timely data hygiene within the ATS to ensure reporting integrity and compliance.
- Support the development of recruiting playbooks, templates, and interview frameworks that scale with company growth.
- Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives and ensure equitable processes across all searches.
- Assist with onboarding coordination to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to day one.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally spanning at least two of the following: corporate/G&A, sales/GTM, or technical/engineering.
- Demonstrated success recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong sourcing skills and creative approaches to reaching passive candidates across varied disciplines.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- High degree of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Prior experience recruiting for cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or B2B SaaS companies is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with technical roles such as software engineers, security analysts, solutions engineers, or data scientists.
- Background recruiting sales roles including Account Executives, SDRs, and Solutions Engineers
- Experience in a PE-backed, high-growth company navigating rapid scale.
