Remote

About Netcraft

Netcraft is the global leader in cybercrime detection and disruption. We’re a trusted partner for three of the four largest companies in the world and many large governments. We've blocked almost 200 million cyber-attacks to date, and we take down around 33% of the world's phishing attacks.

Our purpose and passion are focused on just one thing: protecting the world from cybercrime.

That passion shapes how we work, too. We’re proud of our talented team and the value each person brings, and we’ve built a workplace where people feel supported and inspired. From strong benefits and wellness programs to meaningful collaboration and team connection.

The Role

This is a high-impact, hands-on role supporting the brand and communications function across social media, community growth, content amplification, and performance measurement.

You will help translate complex cybersecurity topics into clear, compelling narratives for CISOs, security leaders, financial institutions, and enterprise buyers. You will own day-to-day social execution, manage strategic online communities, support thought leadership distribution, and bring rigor to performance reporting, connecting online brand growth to business development.

Cybersecurity experience is strongly preferred. Comfort operating in a technical, high-performance environment is essential.

This is what you’ll be doing, day-to-day:

  • Own and execute Netcraft’s organic social media strategy, primarily on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Translate blogs, threat research, reports, webinars, and announcements into high-performing social content aligned with Netcraft’s brand voice.
  • Identify and capitalize on timely cybersecurity news, industry developments, and threat trends.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and executives to amplify thought leadership and elevate Netcraft’s authority in cybersecurity.
  • Manage Netcraft’s presence across relevant cybersecurity and financial services communities, including Reddit, forums, and discussion boards.
  • Engage authentically in industry conversations, contributing insights that build credibility and trust without overt promotion.
  • Support Netcraft’s participation in key partner and industry communities (e.g., FS-ISAC and similar sector groups).
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to share timely insights and intelligence within trusted partner ecosystems.
  • Grow and nurture Netcraft’s audience of CISOs, security leaders, and digital risk professionals.
  • Support employee advocacy and executive amplification initiatives across social channels.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and community engagement across the cybersecurity ecosystem.
  • Support drafting and editing blogs, reports, webinar content, landing pages, and other communications assets.
  • Translate technical input from threat researchers into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
  • Track and report on social, community, and brand performance metrics, and use data to refine messaging and distribution strategy.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand, communications, content marketing, or community management.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, fintech, or a related technical industry strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success growing meaningful social presence and community engagement in a B2B environment.
  • Experience engaging in industry communities (e.g., ISACs, professional forums, or technical communities).
  • Strong writer and editor with the ability to distill complex technical topics into clear narratives.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable working with performance data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated, purpose-driven team player who thrives in a lean, high-performance environment.
  • Experience collaborating with technical stakeholders (e.g., researchers, product teams, engineers).

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with digital risk protection, brand protection, phishing, fraud, or threat intelligence markets.
  • Experience supporting executive thought leadership.
  • Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Reddit, Asana, or social management platforms.
  • Media or analyst relations exposure.

Why This Role Matters
Brand is a strategic growth lever for Netcraft. This role will directly influence how we show up in the market – across public social channels, industry communities, and trusted partner networks – translating frontline threat intelligence and industry insights into valuable narratives that resonate with CISOs and enterprise buyers.

You will help elevate Netcraft’s authority in cybersecurity while building measurable engagement that supports pipeline and revenue growth.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
