The Opportunity
Our Degree Apprenticeship offers you the opportunity to apply your academic learning in a real-world business context and accelerate the start of your careers in technology and financial services through our four-year combined study and work programme.
You will gain a recognised degree from a renowned Russell Group University (BSc Honours in Digital & Technology Solutions from Warwick University) – without tuition or student loan debt.
As an integral member of the team, you’ll gain advanced proficiency in desktop and system support, along with the opportunity to solve complex challenges aimed at optimising workflows and processes.
As you progress, you’ll be involved in a wide range of projects, working closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills. In your third and fourth years, you’ll get the opportunity to specialise in areas of your interest such as Software Engineering, Data Analysis, and IT Consulting, working closely with industry experts in these fields.

Our Support
We will support you in your learning and development both on and off the job through a variety of avenues:
- 20% of your time during the working week will be allocated to your university studies.
- We will give you an internal mentor to provide career and professional development guidance.
- You will have regular check-in meetings with your line manager to evaluate your progress, both in work and in your studies.
What makes a great candidate
- A genuine interest in technology and digital solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
- A desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of programming, systems analysis, or IT support is desirable but not essential.
- A strong enthusiasm for programming and technology and an appetite to work in a dynamic and integrated team.
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with our clients as well as team members.
Required Qualifications
- Very strong GCSE and minimum AAA/AAB predicted A-Level grades in relevant subjects. Please note that the course requires Mathematics to be one of these A Levels.
