We are looking for a SAP S/4 greenfield FICO Lead

Experience

• Senior SAP Finance consultant with 8–10+ years of experience participating in SAP implementation and transformation programs.
• Strong background in SAP Controlling (CO) with experience integrating finance structures with Project Systems (PS) and supporting financial planning environments.
• Experience in S/4HANA Greenfield implementations or large ERP transformation programs is highly valued.

Specialization

• SAP Finance and Controlling processes including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
• Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA)
• CAPEX and investment flows
• Integration between Finance and Project Systems (PS/EPPM)
• Exposure to planning environments supporting financial forecasting and performance management is desirable.
• Understanding of S/4HANA finance architecture and clean core principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance solution design across FI and CO areas within the S/4HANA transformation program, ensuring alignment with enterprise financial planning requirements.
• Define and structure cost center, financial and project-related structures used for operational and capital planning.
• Drive the integration between Finance and Project Systems, enabling CAPEX planning and project-based financial tracking.
• Collaborate with SAC, Datasphere and planning workstreams to ensure finance structures support forecasting and planning models.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure finance requirements are properly translated into system configuration and design.
• Provide guidance during design workshops, integration discussions and testing cycles, supporting the program through key milestones leading to go-live.

• Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud planning models
• Experience in CAPEX planning environments
• Participation in large multi-vendor SAP programs
