Client Engagement Manager – Data & AI (based in Barcelona)

We are looking for: Client Engagement Manager – Data & AI (based in Barcelona)

Main Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring strong relationship management and alignment with business goals.

• Identify client needs, new project opportunities, and FTE requirements, translating them into actionable delivery and recruitment plans.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Recruiting, Delivery, and EPAM counterparts) to achieve project objectives and ensure service excellence.

• Lead and mentor team members working on client projects in Spain and abroad, promoting collaboration, professional growth, and performance excellence.

• Oversee the execution of Data Analytics and AI-related projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the strategic growth of the NEORIS–EPAM partnership.

Requirements

Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.

• At least 7 years of experience in IT consulting, project management, or client engagement roles.

• Proven experience in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence projects, with a solid understanding of data-driven solutions.

• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Desirable:

• Prior experience working in technology consulting firms or digital transformation environments.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data ecosystems.

• Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) or Data-related specializations.

• Experience collaborating with global organizations.
