Power Platform Developer

We are looking for a: Power Platform Developer

Main Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Integrate applications with Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical and functional requirements
• Implement automation solutions to optimize internal and client processes
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous team improvement
• Document solutions and clearly communicate technical aspects to non-technical audiences

Requirements:

Mandatory:
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, PowerShell)
• At least 4 years of experience in software development
• Knowledge of web technologies and Office 365 (SharePoint)
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, or Oracle
• Familiarity with repositories like GitLab or GitHub
• Knowledge of Python and tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Analytical mindset and design thinking skills

Desirable:
• Previous experience in investment banking environments
• Spanish language proficiency
