Rol: Operations specialist - Banking operations
The main tasks of this position will be the following:
Management of external and internal BAU Operations teams - Set team priorities, manage the team's work plan and direction, represent the cards operations team in various bank forums: risk, business. Attend committees. Plan estimations, savings, efficiencies, and execute their implementation in PRO
Incident Management - Manage incidents, organize teams, confirm impacted customers, confirm the strategy for the solution and communication, and report incidents to the executive.
SLA control. SLA control and taking actions to streamline processes, teams, or implement SLA improvement plans.
Implementation of card projects - - close collaboration with IT teams, knowledge of card processing.
Review of VISA and MC changes.
Support for the Control Model team.
Access management for operating equipment, documentation control, manuals, regulatory changes.
Monthly reviews with the partner, reporting of KPIs, search for improvements and efficiencies in current flows.
Collaboration with the IT team - cards and fraud and disputes
Budget Management - Management of card suppliers.
Team management.
To be successful in the role you must have:
Experience from other projects related to cards and frauds.
Knowledge of the world of debit and credit cards, world of payment processing, Redsys
High English level.
Studies related to Business Administration, Law or Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in the tasks mentioned above.
