The role
We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator (Zip Administrator) to manage and optimize our procurement orchestration platform, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in P2P systems such as Zip or Coupa, ERP platforms (NetSuite preferred), system integrations and SOX compliance who enjoys bridging technology and business processes while maintaining audit readiness.You will play a critical role in resolving user inquiries, maintaining accurate documentation, and continuously enhancing system configuration. A strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude are essential to succeed in this role.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Administer, configure, and optimize Zip’s procurement platform, including Intake-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, and Sourcing modules.
- Assist and support end-users, addressing system questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance to ensure smooth platform usage.
- Monitor system and integrations performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance and data teams to design and implement efficient workflows, approval hierarchies, and vendor management processes.
- Ensure SOX compliance by maintaining internal controls and audit-ready processes.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including process manuals and system configuration guides.
- Support audit requests by providing necessary data, reports, and explanations promptly and accurately.
- Provide training and support to end-users to drive adoption and effective utilization of the platform.
We expect you to have:
- Proven track record administering procurement platforms (Zip, Coupa or similar).
- Strong understanding of procurement processes: sourcing, purchasing, and accounts payable.
- Prior involvement in system upgrades, testing, and release management.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements and implementation of internal controls.
- Skilled in documentation preparation, audit support, and addressing user requests.
- Basic understanding of API integrations and data mapping between platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
- ERP experience, preferably with NetSuite, and prior hands-on involvement with system integrations.
- Experience with AI-driven procurement solutions and automation tools.
- Familiarity with spend analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Experience with spend management systems (Navan, Tiplati or similar).
- Knowledge of workflow optimization and process improvement methodologies.
