The role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IT Supply Chain Manager.

In this role, you will oversee the procurement, planning, and supply of IT equipment and consumables, ensuring that business needs are met efficiently and effectively. You’ll be responsible for conducting market analysis, negotiating with suppliers, managing budgets and ensuring seamless IT asset management processes. Additionally, you’ll focus on driving process automation and optimization, all while ensuring the availability and compliance of IT resources with company policies.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Conduct continuous market analysis for IT equipment and software to identify competitive pricing and new technologies.
• Lead negotiations with IT suppliers to secure optimal conditions.
• Maintain and regularly update the catalog of IT equipment suppliers to ensure access to reliable vendors.
• Evaluate the company’s existing IT assets in compliance with corporate policies.
• Develop and ensure the implementation of robust IT planning processes to meet current and future business needs. 

We expect you to have:

Education and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT procurement, asset management or vendor relations.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of IT hardware, software and procurement best practices.
• Experience with IT asset lifecycle management and optimization.
• Understanding of budgeting, cost control and financial planning for IT procurement.

Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle procurement planning efficiently.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with vendors and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills to improve procurement workflows and cost efficiencies.
