HR Technical Support Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Tech Support Specialist to assist with HR systems and process inquiries. This role involves providing first-line support, managing requests, and optimizing operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address inquiries related to HR systems and processes.
- Manage direct messages and prioritize requests effectively.
- Handle Jira tickets for integration projects, addressing errors as they arise, and manage Jira automations to streamline processes.
- Review Expensify reports monthly to identify discrepancies with NetSuite and communicate findings to accountants.
- Ensure consistency and compliance with established processes across Confluence pages.
- Participate in operational-level process optimization projects to enhance efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with HR operations and processes.
- Fluency in Russian.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in Atlassian Jira.
- Experience in Atlassian Confluence.
- Experience in HiBob HRIS.
- Experience in Expensify.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Previous experience in technical support is a significant advantage due to the broad system knowledge required.
