HR Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Tech Support Specialist to assist with HR systems and process inquiries. This role involves providing first-line support, managing requests, and optimizing operational processes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Address inquiries related to HR systems and processes.
  • Manage direct messages and prioritize requests effectively.
  • Handle Jira tickets for integration projects, addressing errors as they arise, and manage Jira automations to streamline processes.
  • Review Expensify reports monthly to identify discrepancies with NetSuite and communicate findings to accountants.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with established processes across Confluence pages.
  • Participate in operational-level process optimization projects to enhance efficiency.
 
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Familiarity with HR operations and processes.
  • Fluency in Russian.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in Atlassian Jira.
  • Experience in Atlassian Confluence.
  • Experience in HiBob HRIS.
  • Experience in Expensify.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Previous experience in technical support is a significant advantage due to the broad system knowledge required.
