Our Finnish data center is home to ISEG, the most powerful commercially available supercomputer in Europe and the 19th most powerful globally (Top 500 list, June 2024). It also epitomizes our commitment to sustainability, with energy efficiency levels significantly above the global average and an innovative system that recovers waste heat to warm 2,000 residential buildings in the nearby town of Mäntsälä.

The role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Excellence Tracker to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and consolidating key sales metrics from various sources to create insightful dashboards. This role will involve monitoring sales performance, facilitating weekly deal review meetings, and ensuring accountability within the sales organization. Sales Excellence Tracker will play a crucial role in driving sales effectiveness and optimizing our sales .

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze and monitor the performance of the sales organization against established metrics; Identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. 
  • Accountability & Performance Management: Act as a 'bad cop' when necessary, addressing performance shortfalls and ensuring accountability among team members; Provide constructive feedback and support to sales personnel to help them meet their targets. 
  • Deal Review Coordination: Organize and facilitate weekly deal review meetings to assess ongoing sales activities and strategies; Ensure that all relevant stakeholders are prepared and engaged in discussions.
  • Salesperson Performance Tracking: Track individual salesperson performance metrics, including new contacts made, deals initiated, and progress on current deals; Monitor the speed of movement through sales cycle stages and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations for the sales leadership team; Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and improve sales processes. 

We expect you to have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. 
  • 3+ years of experience in sales analytics, business analytics, or a related role. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Fluent English
