HR Coordinator

Nebius Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to focus on handling Purchase Orders (POs) and supporting our finance and international departments. The role involves managing the entire lifecycle of POs, ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing, and compliance with company policies and financial regulations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate closely with multiple international divisions, including legal, accounting, and finance.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire process of Purchase Orders (POs) from creation to approval, ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
  • Prepare and execute payments related to POs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Proofread, format, and check POs and other financial documents for completeness and accuracy; make necessary technical corrections.
  • Monitor and control the timely receipt of closing documents from counterparties and ensure all POs are properly closed out.
  • Collaborate with various company divisions, including legal, accounting, and finance, to facilitate the smooth processing of POs and other financial documents.
  • Organize all paperwork related to POs, including registration, accounting, scanning, storage, archiving, and register compilation.
  • Send, and track all necessary PO documents in accordance with company procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Oracle NetSuite (SAP or other ERP systems are less preferred) to handle POs and financial documents.
  • Knowledge of local and international finance and accounting legislation, specifically related to POs and financial documentation.
  • Previous experience in international companies, handling cross-border POs and finance-related documentation.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English at a B2 level or higher.

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira Software and Confluence for task management and process coordination.
  • A strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks to ensure quick and efficient completion of responsibilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Capability to manage multiple systems and processes simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility, especially when handling financial documents.
