Our Finnish data center is home to ISEG, the most powerful commercially available supercomputer in Europe and the 19th most powerful globally (Top 500 list, June 2024). It also epitomizes our commitment to sustainability, with energy efficiency levels significantly above the global average and an innovative system that recovers waste heat to warm 2,000 residential buildings in the nearby town of Mäntsälä.

The role

We’re looking for the UX Writer. This role is needed to strengthen the tech docs team and ensure the best UX by creating consistent and compelling UI texts as well as high-quality customer-facing documentation.

You’re welcome to work in our office in Amsterdam or Belgrade, or remotely.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Create and edit UI texts, ensure consistency of user interfaces, keeping them aligned with the documentation.
• Create and edit customer-facing documentation: conceptual explanations, tutorials and step-by-step instructions, architecture overviews and references.
• Review content authored by other technical writers to ensure quality and completeness.
• Collaborate with product managers, solution architects and technical support engineers to produce insights into user journey and improve the documentation accordingly.

We expect you to have: 

• 2+ years of experience in UX writing
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing
• Experience with docs-as-code approach
