It also epitomizes our commitment to sustainability, with energy efficiency levels significantly above the global average and an innovative system that recovers waste heat to warm 2,000 residential buildings in the nearby town of Mäntsälä.

The role

We’re looking for a Communications Designer. 

This role is essential to strengthen our design team as we handle an increasing volume of high-quality graphic materials, especially presentations/PDFs for sales and product teams, and investors. An additional designer will help manage the workload, maintain quality and ensure timely delivery, reducing bottlenecks and enhancing overall efficiency.

You’re welcome to work in our office in Amsterdam or Belgrade, or remotely.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Develop and design presentations for meetings with clients and partners, as well as for internal and external events.
• Develop guidelines and templates for creating presentations and other client materials and keep them up to date.
• Maintain the relevance of the existing database of presentations and brochures.
• Create printed sales materials: flyers, business cards and handouts.
• Create digital sales materials: one-pagers, whitepapers and other.
• Select photos and illustrations from stock according to approved guidelines.
• Create diagrams and infographics.
• Perform other tasks related to the creation of marketing materials.

We expect you to have:

• Strong presentation design skills.
• Ability to follow the guidelines and principles of established style.
• Skills in working with text content and structuring complex information.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of composition and layout principles, and skills in working with graphics.
• Understanding of animation principles, ability to animate slides, work with video, and proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects will be an advantage.
• Ability to analyze, evaluate design results and provide feedback.
• Ability to justify decisions, listen and respond to feedback.
• Creative thinking and the ability to find solutions for various tasks.
