Group product manager / Product Director - UX

The role

We’re looking for an experienced and visionary Group Product Manager / Product Director, UX to join our team. This role will lead a team of product managers focusing on the console, onboarding flow and support, as well as a product design team. You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our platform, balancing complex priorities between product-led growth and sales-led growth.

 

In this position, your responsibility will be to:

 

• Lead and manage a team of product managers and product designers
• Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap for the UX team, aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Oversee key company projects involving user experience and manage complex priorities between product-led and sales-led growth
• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing and compliance teams to define product features, functionality and requirements
• Formulate and prioritize backlogs for various teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, translating these into actionable product improvements
• Ensure the performance, usability and aesthetic quality of web and mobile applications
• Manage and lead processes involving multiple business stakeholders, including C-level executives, with strong and sometimes conflicting opinions
• Develop and execute experiments, establish metrics, analyze results and present findings to drive product decisions

 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B product management, including products for SMB and Enterprise audiences. Experience must include global products for the Western markets (USA & EU).
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex UX-focused products
• Experience leading a team of product managers and collaborating with non-technical business teams
• Technical skills in cloud or ML, with the ability to empathize with ML engineers and MLOps.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to manage and lead processes with a large number of business stakeholders.
• Excellent aesthetic sense in web and mobile application design.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with CxO-level stakeholders effectively.
• Leadership qualities that inspire and guide multiple development teams towards achieving product goals.
• Fluency in English.

 

Preferred Experience:

• MBA or equivalent business expertise.
• Candidates from global B2B products covering at least the USA and EU markets, with both product-led growth for small clients and large enterprise clients.
• Experience working in startup environments where adaptability and building from scratch are essential.
