Role Overview
As a part of the core growth team, you will work closely with the Head of Ecosystem Strategy and other business development leads for intents and will be participating in team workshops and off-sites. You will be expected to relay honest feedback and inputs from external stakeholders you interact with, while collaborating with various stakeholders within the NEAR ecosystem. As a Business Development Director for NEAR Intents, you will be responsible for driving adoption for NEAR Intents across the crypto ecosystem, primarily focused on the following avenues:
- Exchanges (forging partnerships with top exchanges across their product spectrum)
- Wallets and consumer (getting top wallets and consumer apps to integrate with NEAR Intents)
- Ecosystems (forging partnerships with teams building across all chains and bringing revenue)
- DEXes and DeFi protocols (proactively and constantly working with the top DeFi protocols)
Key Requirements
- Expertise and domain knowledge of the on-chain DeFi and crypto trading landscape
- Adaptability and desire to learn new technologies while operating at the forefront of crypto
- Ambition and hunger to make NEAR Intents the top decentralized trading protocol in crypto
- Grit and hustle to persevere through sales rejections and adverse macro conditions
