
People Experience & Development Specialist (F/M/D)

THE OPPORTUNITY
You will be at the heart of our People function—supporting our employees, enabling development, and helping us create a workplace where people can thrive. From learning programs to engagement initiatives, you’ll contribute to building a vibrant and supportive employee experience—with room to experiment, bring in new ideas, and shape how we work. This role is based in Munich with a hybrid setup (typically 2–3 days per week in the office).
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Design, create, and deliver learning & development programs and trainings across teams
- Facilitate engaging workshops and initiatives that support employee growth and development
- Partner closely with People Business Partners to implement People initiatives aligned with business needs
- Drive employee events and engagement initiatives that foster connection and culture
- Improve and maintain People tools, documentation, and internal communication channels
- Act as trusted point of contact for employees on L&D, events, and People-related topics
- Identify opportunities to improve employee experience processes and actively implement changes
- Support the delivery of People programs and help gather and translate feedback into improvements
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- First experience in HR, People Experience, Learning & Development, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for creating great employee experiences
- Openness to build new things, experiment, and challenge the status quo
- Interest in AI and technology to improve People processes and experiences
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Ability to manage multiple topics and keep things moving
- Full professional fluency in both English and German, enabling you to confidently advise stakeholders and support employees across regions
