Working Student - Learning Experience Developer (F/M/D)

THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you excited about contributing to an international market leader in spatial technologies while gaining hands-on experience with e-learning tools and platforms? 

In this role, you will support our Customer Education team by maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS), improving the NavVis Community content, and helping shape our digital learning experiences. 

If you have strong writing skills, enjoy video creation and editing, and are eager to learn more about instructional design and LMS management, this could be the role for you! 

 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Maintain and update the LMS (users, courses, learning paths, and reporting) 
  • Write and edit content for online training videos in collaboration with subject matter experts 
  • Edit training videos using standard video editing software  
  • Support the NavVis Community and NavVis Academy by ensuring high-quality, learner-focused content 
  • Collaborate with the Customer Education team to optimize workflows, tools, and best practices 

 

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • Educational background or in-progress studies in instructional design, education, communication, or related fields 
  • Native-level English writing skills  
  • Experience with video production and editing tools  
  • Basic knowledge of LMS platforms (experience with 360Learning, Userlane, or Articulate Rise is a plus) 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
