THE OPPORTUNITY
Do you enjoy transforming complex information into clear, user-friendly content?
At NavVis, you’ll play a key role in shaping our customer-facing content strategy, contributing to a growing knowledge base that empowers customers to self-serve and onboard independently. As part of our international Customer Education team, you’ll collaborate with experts across Product, Customer Success, and Customer Education to ensure customers have the resources they need at their fingertips.
If you have excellent writing skills, an eye for detail, and the motivation to improve how knowledge is shared, this could be the role for you!
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Create and update knowledge base articles to improve AI chatbot responses and overall self-service quality
- Develop and maintain release notes, changelogs, and knowledge base translations
- Contribute to the NavVis Knowledge Base project, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and customer-friendly
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Customer Education teams to align content with product updates and customer needs
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- An educational background with a focus on linguistics/language studies, education, technical writing, or STEM fields
- Previous experience in writing content for technical documentation or any other educational content
- Experience with common business applications such as content authoring tools and learning management systems
- Attention to detail and ability to present information in a clear, structured way
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of additional languages such as German, Spanish, French, or others is a strong plus
