Working Student - Enterprise Data Operations (F/M/D)

THE OPPORTUNITY
Would you like to gain first-hand experience in the Enterprise Professional Services Team of an innovative high-growth company?
You will be well-equipped in this role to assist the operational management of delivering our customer projects on a day-to-day basis and in turn play a crucial part in managing and delivering our NavVis IVION SaaS to strategic enterprise clients, automotive OEMs and manufacturing firms. As part of our Enterprise Professional Services, you will work with industry-focused Project Managers and Customer Success Managers.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- You will actively support our enterprise clients in the setup, implementation and use of our software solutions, and adjust the solutions based on their evolving needs
- You will become a subject matter expert on our NavVis IVION SaaS and will work on setting up, fine-tuning and managing our customer solutions
- After a structured onboarding process, you will handle various types of spatial data such as 3D scan data of buildings, point clouds, floor plans and panoramic images
- You will support in data processing and quality assurance of the data for our enterprise customers, as well as introducing automation through scripting tools
- You will support with migrating environments, transferring and delivering data to NavVis IVION Enterprise
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- You are currently studying Surveying, Geovisualisation, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or some similar field of study
- You have basic knowledge of geographic coordinate systems, as well as an interest for Computer Science and preliminary knowledge of surveying equipment and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript)
- Willingness to deliver the best possible solution to our customers combined with your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to handle a variety of tasks
- Previous customer facing experience that will allow for your smoother integration into the role would be an added benefit
- You are fluent in business English, as it is our official language. German skills are a plus!
