We are looking for someone who:

  • Sales Track Record: Has a proven track record in a sales role (e.g., Sales Relationship Manager, Account Manager, Sales Agent, Telephone Sales Agent, etc.) in a B2C environment.

  • Technical Skills: Is proficient in Excel and PowerPoint or has experience with data tools such as Tableau.

  • Analytical Mindset: Proves an analytical mindset with experience in segmentation, analysis, or data mining.

  • Linguistic Skills: Has excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English (both written and spoken). Your portfolio will be mostly French.

  • Customer Focus: Has a highly customer-focused approach, with a passion for building long-term relationships.

  • Efficiency: Has the ability to deliver exceptional service and results while meeting tight deadlines.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Has strong interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.

  • Adaptability: Demonstrates adaptability to changing priorities and works well in a dynamic environment.

  • Attitude: Is self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a positive attitude.

What you will be doing:

  • Database Management: Monitoring and analyzing the database daily and taking appropriate action to maximize its value throughout its lifecycle.

  • Strategy: Creating and overseeing communication strategies.

  • Player Engagement: Gathering insights by engaging with players and passing valuable information to the relevant team.

  • Issue Resolution: Responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues.

  • Relationship Building: Building exceptional relationships with key customers, providing personalized service and tailor-made gaming experiences across all products.

  • Key Account Champion: Acting as the Key Account Champion for Key Accounts, ensuring that contacts and inquiries are prioritized—both individually and across all departments or third parties.

  • Compliance: Collaborating closely with the Responsible Gaming department.
