Responsible Gaming Analyst (Belgium)

At Napoleon Sports & Casino, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of Responsible Gaming and protecting our players. To strengthen our team in Belgium, we are looking for a Responsible Gaming Analyst.

In this role, you will focus on proactive player protection, including contacting players who may be at risk based on behavioral indicators. You will work closely with customer facing teams and other internal departments to ensure that our players enjoy our products in a safe and responsible way.

You will play a key role in monitoring player behaviour and conducting outbound conversations with players.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively monitor player accounts from a Responsible Gaming perspective using advanced analytical tools
• Conduct outbound calls with players when behavioral indicators suggest increased risk
• Provide guidance to players on responsible gaming tools such as limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion
• Analyse player behaviour and identify potential risk patterns
• Act as a point of contact for Responsible Gaming questions or escalations from customer facing teams
• Document interactions and ensure all actions are compliant with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

We're looking for someone who

• Is fluent in Dutch, French and English
• Has strong communication skills and feels comfortable speaking with players on the phone
• Has empathy, good listening skills and the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally
• Has an analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Is organized and able to follow structured processes and procedures
• Is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Has an interest in Responsible Gaming and player protection

Experience in Responsible Gaming, customer service, online gambling industry, or a similar field is considered a plus.
