About the role

The Finance Intern will support the finance team within one of our Strategic Business Units. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial operations, reporting, and analysis supporting a rapidly growing business unit. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recording day-to-day financial transactions.
  • Reconcile and validate payment and invoice data.
  • Prepare basic financial reports for management review, such as sales summaries, cost analysis, and inventory finance tracking.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes
  • Assist with documentation, payment tracking, and query resolution for suppliers and customers.
  • Contribute to identifying ways to optimize current processes related to offline transactions, cash handling, and reporting.
  • Ensure all files and documents comply with company accounting standards and relevant policies.

Requirements

  • Bsc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with Google Sheets or financial management software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail, with a drive to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
