About the role

If you are a skilled and creative Videographer, we are looking for you to bring our brand stories to life through impactful video content. As a key member of our content studio, you will contribute to all aspects of video production especially shooting and editing videos, and ensuring that every project aligns with our brand identity and goals. Working closely with our creative team, you will produce high-quality, engaging videos for campaigns, social media, events, and internal communications. This role combines technical expertise with a passion for storytelling to captivate and connect with diverse audiences

What you’ll get to do

  • Collaborate with the Creative Manager, and other team members to develop, plan, and execute content ideas and storytelling strategies for video projects
  • Shoot and Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and cohesive videos that effectively communicate the intended message and resonate with the target audience
  • Contribute to building the brand system from an audio and videography standpoint
  • Utilize advanced editing techniques, motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and elevate the overall quality of video content
  • Proactively re-purpose and readapt existing content to optimize its effectiveness across various platforms and formats.
  • Perform color grading, sound design, and audio mixing to enhance the visual and auditory impact of videos.
  • Ensure the organization, storage, and accessibility of digital media files following established protocols.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video editing, motion graphics, and post-production techniques.
  • Mentor and guide junior editors, interns, and freelancers, fostering their growth and development within the team

To succeed in this role, we think you should have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in film production, digital media, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working as a videographer in a professional setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and styles
  • Experience working in a creative agency, media production company, or digital content studio.
  • Knowledge of 3D animation and visual effects workflows.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems and best practices for media organization and archiving
  • Solid understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and sound recording techniques.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects), and color grading tools (e.g., DaVinci Resolve).
  • Demonstrated expertise in storytelling through edits, with a keen understanding of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Proven ability to repurpose and readapt content for different platforms and audiences, while maintaining brand consistency and integrity.
  • Strong knowledge of sound design principles and audio editing techniques, including dialogue editing, sound effects, and music selection
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
