职位概述
Momentum公司技术运维团队招聘高级运维工程师，负责受监管平台的日常运维与保障，采用7x24小时NOC轮班制，要求具备系统可靠性工程能力及金融级合规意识。
主要职责
- 负责云平台UAT及生产环境的部署、运维与日常支持
- 承担Linux系统的日常管理，包括安全加固、版本更新、性能调优及故障排查
- 作为L2/L3级别生产事件的高级支持人员，主导根因分析并推动永久性修复
- 支持企业内部微服务架构的平稳运行，协助定位业务层面的运行时问题，参与轮值待命
- 利用性能指标和日志数据，诊断应用层面的性能瓶颈
- 推动操作系统、中间件及云基础设施的安全漏洞修复
- 与安全、SOC、NOC等团队协作完成事件响应及事后复盘
- 指导初级工程师，确保问题交接质量和解决闭环
- 使用ITSM工具进行事件、问题和变更管理
- 编写并维护操作手册、监控仪表盘及运维文档
- 通过自动化工具、CI/CD流水线和脚本开发持续提升平台可靠性
任职要求
- 4年以上技术运维、基础设施、SRE或生产运维相关工作经验
- 具备Azure和RHEL实际操作经验
- 有生产环境中Java微服务及中间件平台的支持经验，熟悉Spring Boot框架及Dubbo等服务间通信框架（包括服务发现和客户端负载均衡）
- 熟悉JVM可观测性，能够诊断内存、GC、线程、延迟等性能问题
- 掌握Java和Python，熟悉CI/CD流水线及自动化脚本开发
- 具备事件管理与根因分析能力，了解ITIL流程（事件管理、问题管理、变更管理）
- 具备可观测性平台（如Prometheus、Grafana、ELK）的管理、开发及运维能力，熟悉Elasticsearch
- 英语达到商务沟通水平，会中文者优先
