MOIA’s Global Vehicle Management Team ensures on-time fleet deployment, smooth vehicle commissioning and uptime-focused service, and spare parts support throughout the vehicle lifetime for customers across the EU and the US.
As a cross-functional, fast-moving team, we are part of the commercial side of the organisation and work closely with all relevant teams enabling the customer and operator of the AD fleet, the service partner network responsible for servicing and maintaining the vehicles, and the software units, making sure that the vehicles are ready to run at all times.

The Senior Service Partner Manager, is responsible for building, scaling, and governing MOIA's service partner and workshop network across European target markets. The role translates vehicle, service, safety, uptime, and commercial requirements into partner selection criteria, contracts, operating standards, and scalable execution models. Acting as an individual contributor, this position combines commercial partner ownership with operational excellence, technical understanding, and data-driven performance management. The role works cross-functionally with to keep autonomous fleets ready to operate.
What you will do
- Build and scale MOIA’s European service partner and workshop network, ensuring fleet readiness, uptime, and support for market launches and growth.
- Select, onboard, negotiate, and manage service partners, translating operational, technical, and commercial requirements into effective contracts, SLAs, and governance models.
- Develop and lead an uptime-driven service program, monitoring partner performance through KPIs and driving continuous improvement across the service network.
- Establish Operational Excellence and Pit Stop Excellence standards, creating scalable processes and playbooks for efficient, safe, and high-quality vehicle servicing.
- Act as the primary escalation point for service partner issues, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and maintain fleet availability.
- Drive a data-driven operating model by leveraging performance insights, service systems, and reporting tools to optimize partner performance, service quality, and operational scalability.
What will help you to fulfill your role
- Several years of experience in service partner management, fleet service operations, automotive aftersales, vendor management, technical operations, or a comparable role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling service partner or workshop networks in automotive, mobility, logistics, fleet, autonomous vehicle, or other high-uptime operational environments.
- Strong commercial and contractual expertise, including SLA design, pricing models, performance incentives, supplier governance, and partner negotiations.
- Hands-on understanding of workshop operations, maintenance processes, diagnostics, work order systems, spare parts management, quality assurance, and field escalations.
- Ability to define scalable Standard Operating Procedures, readiness gates, onboarding concepts, and change-control routines for external service partners.
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs, dashboards, and performance scorecards to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Solid understanding of fleet uptime, total cost of ownership (TCO), operational risk, safety culture, warranty recovery, and service quality as core levers of fleet performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and external partners in complex environments.
- Openness to travel regularly across European target markets, combined with excellent communication skills in English; German is a strong plus.
