Als Chief of Staff arbeitest du direkt mit unserem CEO zusammen und bist zentrale:r Sparringspartner:in für strategische, technologische und operative Fragestellungen. Du unterstützt die Führung eines hochinnovativen Unternehmens mit klarem Fokus auf autonomes Fahren, softwaregetriebene Mobilität und Deep Tech.

Unser CEO ist stark technikaffin, datengetrieben und nah an Produkt- und Technologieentscheidungen. In dieser Rolle verbindest du Strategie mit technologischer Tiefe und sorgst dafür, dass komplexe Initiativen im Bereich autonomer Systeme, KI und Software skalierbar und wirksam umgesetzt werden.

Wobei du uns unterstützen kannst 

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem CEO bei strategischen und operativen Themen, insbesondere im Kontext autonomes Fahren, Software‑Plattformen und AI‑basierte Systeme
• Vorbereitung, Strukturierung und Nachverfolgung von Entscheidungen auf Unternehmens-, Tech- und Leadership‑Ebene
• Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Board‑Meetings, Investoren‑Terminen und strategischen Tech‑Reviews
• Identifikation und Optimierung von Entscheidungs‑ und Abstimmungsprozessen in einer komplexen Tech‑Organisation
• Steuerung und Koordination strategischer Initiativen (z. B. Produkt‑Roadmaps, AD‑Programme, Partnerschaften, Go‑to‑Market)
• Schnittstelle zwischen CEO, Engineering, Product, Strategie sowie weiteren internen und externen Stakeholdern
• Aufbereitung von KPIs, technischen Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Szenarien für Management, Board und Investoren
• Übernahme von Ad‑hoc‑Projekten mit hoher strategischer und technologischer Relevanz

Was dir helfen wird, deine Rolle einzunehmen 

• Umfangreiche Erfahrung in Organisationsentwicklung, Strategieberatung oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit direkter Zusammenarbeit mit dem Top-Management  
• Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung, z. B. in Strategy, Tech Consulting, Business Operations, Produkt‑ oder Technologie‑nahen Rollen
• Starkes technisches Verständnis für komplexe Softwaresysteme, idealerweise mit Bezug zu automen Fahren, KI / Machine Learning / Software- und Plattformarchitekturen 
• Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte strategisch zu strukturieren und für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen entscheidungsreif aufzubereiten
• Ausgeprägte Moderations-, Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Skills 
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
• Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Diskretion und politischem Gespür
